摘要
以北京市煤改电工程对双碳目标达成的贡献度分析为出发点,结合北京市煤改电工程的运营现状对该工程所取得的减排成效进行了分析。采用标准煤换算的方式对煤改电工程在二氧化碳及其他污染物减排贡献度上进行了深度调研和详细分析,计算得出该工程所节约的污染治理成本。在此基础上,选取典型减排指标作为评价标准,采用优劣解距离评价法对北京与其他实施市煤改电工程地区煤改电减排成效进行了综合评价,评价结果显示,北京煤改电工程的减排成效最为显著。
Based on the analysis of the contribution degree of Beijing coal-to-electricity project to the achievement of the double carbon target,this paper analyzes the emission reduction effect achieved by the coal-to-electricity project combined with the operation status of Beijing coal-to-electricity project.The contribution degree of carbon dioxide and other pollutants emission reduction of coal-to-electricity project was investigated and analyzed in detail by the method of standard coal conversion,and the cost of pollution control saved by the project was calculated.On this basis,this paper selected typical emission reduction indicators as evaluation criteria,and used TOPSIS to comprehensively evaluate the emission reduction effect of the coal-to-electricity project in Beijing and other regions.The evaluation results show that the emission reduction effect of the coal-to-electricity project in Beijing is the most significant.
