凹印机干燥过程的传热学分析与流体仿真

摘要 针对凹印机热风干燥过程中的能量损耗的问题进行传热学和热力学分析,从热风射流冲击平面和油墨溶剂挥发干燥的机理出发,建立数学模型并揭示干燥箱内部的热量需求;利用Fluent软件对凹印机干燥箱内风嘴射流冲击印刷品的过程进行流体仿真,结果表明干燥箱内部的流体运动轨迹呈涡旋状,干燥箱内腔温度分布不均和风嘴结构影响热风射流速度,此结论为干燥系统优化提供一定的依据。 Thermodynamic and heat transfer analysis of was conducted to address the issue of energy loss during the process of hot air drying ink in gravure printing machine.Starting from the mechanism of hot air jet impact and ink solvent evaporation drying,a mathematical model was established to reveal the heat demand inside the drying box.Fluent software was used to simulate the fluid dynamics of the nozzle jet impact on the printed material inside the drying chamber of the gravure printing machine.The results showed that the fluid movement inside the drying box was in a spiral pattern,the temperature distribution inside the drying chamber was uneven,and the structure of the nozzle affected the velocity of the hot air jet.This conclusion provides a certain basis for optimizing the drying system.
