摘要
骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是以全身骨密度降低和骨组织微结构退化为特征的慢性骨骼疾病。骨质疏松症已成为一个严重的社会问题而备受广泛关注。近年来,国内外学者通过蛋白组学及代谢组学探究骨质疏松症的发病机制、诊断及防治,虽已取得初步进展,但研究不够系统、完善。笔者查阅相关文献,将对代谢组学和蛋白组学在骨质疏松症中的应用进行对比分析,并对骨质疏松症研究进展进行综述,以期为骨质疏松症的发病机制、诊断及防治提供理论参考。
Osteoporosis is a chronic bone disease characterized by the decrease of bone mineral density and the degeneration of bone microstructure.Osteoporosis has become a serious social problem and attracted much attention from scholars.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have explored the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and prevention of osteoporosis through proteomics and metabonomics.Although preliminary progress has been made,the research is not systematic and perfect.The authors compare and analyze the application of metabonomics and proteomics in osteoporosis,and summarize the research progress to provide theoretical reference for the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and prevention of osteoporosis.
