Mechanism for evading human immune response and treatment progress of Staphylococcus aureus

金黄色葡萄球菌可以从轻微的皮肤软组感染发展到危及生命的心内膜炎和坏死性肺炎,是一种全球范围内危及人类健康的主要病原体。近年来,其耐药率不断上升,尤其是耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌出现后,对其治疗提出了更大的挑战。到目前为止,金黄色葡萄球菌疫苗的开发一直未成功,主要是由于对该病原体的人体保护机制的认识还不完全清楚。为更好的了解金黄色葡萄球菌如何逃避人体先天性免疫和适用性免疫的机制,提高临床诊疗水平,本文就金黄色葡萄球菌逃避人体免疫反应的机制及治疗进展作一综述。

Staphylococcus aureus can develop from mild skin soft group infection to life-threatening endocarditis and necrotizing pneumonia,which is a major pathogen threatening human health worldwide.In recent years,its resistance rate has been raised,especially after the emergence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,which poses a greater challenge to its treatment.So far,the development of Staphylococcus aureus vaccine has been unsuccessful,mainly because the understanding of the human protection mechanism of the pathogen is not completely clear.In order to better understand how Staphylococcus aureus evades human innate and adaptive immunity,and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment,this article reviews the mechanism for evading human immune response and treatment progress of Staphylococcus aureus.
