单侧双通道脊柱内窥镜技术研究进展

单侧双通道脊柱内窥镜(UBE)属于一种新型微创术式,其通过在一侧建立起双通道,分别置入内窥镜、传统器械在两个通道中开展手术,结合了传统开放术式及显微内镜术式的优点,给脊柱疾病治疗带来了新思路。目前,临床已将UBE用于腰椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄等病治疗,且取得较好的效果。本文就UBE的研究进展作一综述,旨在为UBE的临床应用提供参考依据。

Unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE)is a novel minimally invasive technique for operations,which brings new ideas to the treatment of spinal diseases by establishing biportal channels on one side and putting endoscopes and traditional instruments into the two channels to perform surgery respectively,combining the advantages of traditional open surgery and microendoscopic surgery.Currently,UBE has been used clinically for the treatment of some diseases such as lumbar disc herniation,spinal canal stenosis,while good curative outcomes have been achieved.This paper comprehensively reviewed the research progress on UBE,aiming to provide some reference basis for the clinical application of UBE.
