Clinical Analysis of 8 Botulism Cases Injected with Botulinum Toxin Type A

目的:探讨肉毒毒素注射中毒的临床表现、治疗方法,以及肉毒抗毒素血清的治疗效果。方法:收集2019年1月-2021年4月收治的8例A型肉毒毒素中毒患者的临床资料,分析治疗前后的临床表现、血液实验室检查、心电图检查等,评估对症支持及抗毒素治疗效果。结果:8例患者经对症支持及抗毒素治疗后症状明显改善,预后良好,远期随诊无不适症状。结论:病史、临床表现及各项检查有助于肉毒毒素中毒的早期诊断,越早行对症支持及抗毒素治疗,对预后越有意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatments of botulism,as well as the therapeutic effect of botulinum antitoxin serum.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with botulinum toxin type A poisoning admitted from January 2019 to April 2021 were collected.The clinical manifestation,blood laboratory examination,ECG detection and so on of the patients before and after treatment were analyzed retrospectively,so as to evaluate the eff ect of symptomatic support treatment and antitoxin treatment.Results The symptoms of 8 patients were signifi cantly relieved after symptomatic support treatment and antitoxin treatment,in addition,the prognosis was well and there were no discomfort symptoms in the long-term follow-up.Conclusion The patient's medical history,clinical manifestations and various examinations are helpful for the early diagnosis of botulinum toxin poisoning.The earlier symptomatic support and antitoxin therapy,the more signifi cant it is to the prognosis.
