CAD/CAM技术在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of CAD/CAM Technology in the Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Tooth Porcelain Veneer

目的:观察CAD/CAM技术在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月笔者医院口腔科就诊的行前牙瓷贴面修复患者55例,共135颗患牙。应用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM修复系统及IPSe.maxCAD硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷块完成修复体制作并进行粘接。参考改良USPHS修复体评价标准,从边缘继发龋、边缘适合性、边缘着色、颜色匹配、修复体外形、术后敏感等6个方面于修复后1个月、3个月、9个月评价前牙瓷贴面的美学修复效果。前牙美学修复后1个月、3个月以及9个月由同一医师使用自制调查问卷对患者进行满意度调研。结果:观察9个月后,修复体在边缘继发龋、边缘适合性、边缘着色、颜色匹配、修复体外形、术后敏感等方面评级为A级的占比均超过95%。修复后1个月、3个月及9个月患者对修复体颜色、形态、功能及舒适度等方面的满意度均在90%以上。结论:CAD/CAM技术应用于前牙瓷贴面美学修复中能够取得良好的临床治疗与美学效果,患者对修复体满意度高。

Objective Observe and analyze the application effect of CAD/CAM technology in the aesthetic restoration of anterior porcelain veneers.Methods Total of 55 patients who underwent porcelain veneer restoration from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected from the Department of Stomatology of the author's hospital,with a total of 135 diseased anterior teeth.The CEREC chairside CAD/CAM restoration system and IPS e.max CAD lithium silicate glass ceramic block were used to complete the restoration and bonding.Reference to the modifi ed USPHS restoration evaluation criteria,the aesthetic restoration eff ect of the anterior porcelain veneer was evaluated from 6 aspects including secondary caries at the edge,edge suitability,edge coloration,color matching,restoration shape,and postoperative sensitivity,and evaluation will be carried out 1 month,3 months,and 9 months after repair.Patient satisfaction surveys were conducted by the same practitioner using a selfadministered questionnaire at 1 month,3 months and 9 months after the aesthetic restoration of the anterior teeth.Results After 9 months of observation,more than 95%of the restorations were rated as grade A in marginal secondary caries,marginal fi tness,marginal coloring,color matching,prosthesis appearance,postoperative sensitivity,and gingival response.Patient satisfaction with the colour,form,function and comfort of the restoration at 1 month,3 months and 9 months after repair was over 90%.Conclusion The application of CAD/CAM technology in the aesthetic restoration of anterior porcelain veneers can achieve good clinical treatment and aesthetic eff ects,and patients are highly satisfi ed with the restoration.
