摘要 侵袭性牙周炎(Aggressive periodontitis,AgP)是一类好发于30岁以下青年人的牙周疾病,常造成牙槽骨严重吸收甚至恒牙早失。当前AgP的治疗手段是非手术治疗与手术治疗相结合,重视早期彻底感染控制。铒激光是一类能同时作用于软硬组织的新型治疗手段,不仅可以清理深部组织、控制感染,而且可以促进伤口愈合及组织再生,为治疗AgP提供了一种新的选择。 Aggressive periodontitis(AgP)is a kind of periodontal disease that usually occurs in young people under the age of 30.It often causes severe alveolar bone absorption even early permanent tooth loss.The current treatment methods for aggressive periodontitis combined non-surgical and surgical treatment,paid high attention to early thorough infection control.Er:YAG laser is a kind of new treatment method which can act on both soft and hard tissue.It can not only clean deep tissues and control infection,but also promote wound healing and tissue regeneration.Er:YAG laser provides a new option to treat AgP.
