清末泰安师范教育述论

A Treatise on Taian Teacher Education in the Late Qing Dynasty

清末教育改革,迫切需要新式教育之师资,清廷于光绪二十九年(1903)颁布《奏定初级师范学堂章程》,次年,山东省巡抚周馥通令各府治、县治开办初级师范学堂、师范传习所。泰安府于光绪三十一年(1905)将原试院改建为初级师范学堂,学制五年;在泰安府官立中学堂内开办师范传习所,学制10个月。泰安县之初级师范学堂与师范传习所则附设于泰安县高等小学堂内。

In the 29th year of Guangxu(1903),the Qing court promulgated the Charter of the Primary Normal School.The following year,the governor of Shandong Province,Zhou Futong,ordered all prefectures and counties to open junior normal schools and teacher training institutes.In the 31st year of Guangxu(1905),Taian Prefecture rebuilt the original trial institute into a junior normal school,with a five-year school duration.A teacher training center was set up in the middle school of Tai'an Prefecture,with a duration of 10 months.The Junior Normal School and Teacher Training Institute in Taian County are attached to the Taian County Higher Primary School.
