摘要
^(18)F-FDG PET/CT影像组学是一种新兴的从影像图像中自动获取定量成像特征并无创诊断病变的技术。目前PET/CT影像组学在肺癌的诊断、治疗及预后评估中均有研究,包括区分肺结节的良恶性、原发或转移,确定肺癌组织学亚型、侵袭性以及基因型,疗效评价、预测治疗反应及预后等,本文对^(18)F-FDG PET/CT影像组学在肺癌中的研究进展进行综述。
^(18)F-FDG PET/CT radiomics is an emerging technology that automatically obtains quantitative imaging features from images and allows non-invasive diagnosis of lesions.PET/CT radiomics currently has been studied in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of lung cancer,including distinguishing benign from malignant,primary or metastatic nodules,determining histological subtypes,invasiveness and genotypes of lung cancer,evaluating efficacy,predicting treatment response and prognosis,etc.This article will review the research progress of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT radiomics in lung cancer.
