分析突发公共卫生事件中应急物资储备管理现状及特点,以建立应急物资轮储管理机制、开发应急物资管理平台、运行轮储功能模块及分析轮储效果为维度,研究应急物资轮储管理模式。通过实际运行案例分析新模式的运行效果,为实现突发公共卫生事件中应急物资动态管理、提高物资使用率、减少物资损耗、节约管理成本提供思考。

The current situation and characteristics of emergency material reserve management in public health emergencies were analyzed,and the management mode of emergency material reserve was studied based on the establishment of emergency material wheel storage management mechanism,the development of emergency material management platform,the operation of wheel storage function module and the analysis of wheel storage effect.By analyzing the operation effect of the new mode through the actual operation case,it provides some thinking for realizing the dynamic management of emergency materials in public health emergencies,improving the utilization rate of materials,reducing the consumption of materials and saving the management cost.
