摘要
以K4169高温合金航空铸件为研究对象,分析了铸件出现缩孔、缩松缺陷的原因。以浇注温度、模壳温度、浇注时间为影响因素,以缩孔缩松率为优化指标,采用田口实验法优化高温合金精密铸造工艺,并进行单因素影响规律研究。结果得到在浇注系统合理的情况下,各因素对于铸件缩孔缩松率的影响程度大小顺序为:浇注温度>浇注时间>模壳温度;最优设计参数组合为:浇注温度1500℃、模壳温度1000℃、浇注时间4 s。
Taking K4169 superalloy aeronautical casting as the research object,the causes of the casting shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity defects were analyzed. Taking pouring temperature, mold shell temperature and pouring time as the influencing factors, and the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity as the optimization index, the Taguchi experiment method was used to optimize the superalloy precision casting process, and the single factor influence law was studied. The results show that in the case of reasonable pouring system, the order of the influence of various factors on the shrinkage porosity of castings is pouring temperature > pouring time > mold shell temperature;the optimal design parameter combination is pouring temperature of 1500℃, mold shell temperature of 1000℃, and pouring time of 4 s.
