柔性管路TIG焊接工艺研究

摘要 针对薄壁和细长的微小柔性管路在氩弧焊过程中出现的外观成形差、内孔堵塞、氧化等缺陷问题,研究了柔性管路和球头的装卡工装、焊接结构以及焊接参数等因素。通过设计“一卡一顶”装夹结构、控制二者装配间隙以及分段设置焊接电流等途径,能获得均匀的焊缝熔深,外观成形优,无氧化问题,焊缝质量达到力学性能、漏率、内外部质量等要求。 In view of the defects of small flexible pipeline with thin wall and slender structure during argon arc welding process, such as poor weld appearance, inner hole obstruction and oxidation, the clamping tooling for pipeline and ball head,welding structure and welding parameters were studied. By designing the clamping structure with clamping and pushing,controlling the assembly clearance and setting welding current in sections, the weld with uniform peneration, good appearance and no oxidation was obtained, and the weld quality meets the requirements of mechanical property, leakage rate, internal and external quality.
