1,8⁃桉叶油素对三种牙周致病菌的抑菌作用研究

Antibacterial effect of 1,8⁃cineole on three periodontal pathogens.

摘要 目的:测定1,8⁃桉叶油素对几种常见的牙周致病菌包括牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线聚集杆菌、中间普氏菌的抑菌效果。方法:采用二倍稀释法测定1,8⁃桉叶油素牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线聚集杆菌、中间普氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC),利用BHI血平板稀释培养法测定最小杀菌浓度(minimal bactericidal concentration,MBC)。采用结晶紫染色法检测1,8⁃桉叶油素对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线聚集杆菌、中间普氏菌的生物膜形成的影响。结果:1,8⁃桉叶油素对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的MIC为31.25μL/mL,伴放线聚集杆菌MIC为15.63μL/mL,中间普氏菌MIC为7.81μL/mL;1,8⁃桉叶油素对3种牙周致病菌的MBC均为125μL/mL。1,8⁃桉叶油素能抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线聚集杆菌、中间普氏菌生物膜的形成。结论:1,8⁃桉叶油素在体外对3种牙周致病菌均具有较好的抑菌作用。 Objective:To determine the antibacterial effect of 1,8⁃cineole on several common periodontal pathogens,including Porphyromonas gingivalis,Actinobacillus actinomycetes,and Prevotella intermedia.Methods:The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of 1,8⁃cineole on Porphyrononas gingivalis,Actinobacil⁃lus actinomycetes and Prevotella intermedia were determined by double dilution method.The effect of 1,8⁃cineole on biofilm formation of Porphyromonas gingivalis,Actinobacillus actinomycetes and Prevotella intermedia was detected by crystal violet staining method.Results:The MIC of 1,8⁃cineole against Porphyromonas gingivalis was 31.25μL/mL,MIC of Actinobacillus actinomycetes was 15.63μL/mL,MIC of Prevotella intermedia was 7.81μL/mL.MBC of 1,8⁃cineole against three periodon⁃tal pathogens was 125μL/mL,1,8⁃cineole could inhibit the formation of biofilm of Porphyromonas gingivalis,Actinobacillus actinomycetes and Prevotella intermedia.Conclusion:1,8⁃cineole has a good antibacterial effect on three periodontal patho⁃gens in vitro.
