腮腺体表分区与肿瘤组织学类型之间的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between the parotid surface partition and the histological type of tumor

目的:了解腮腺体表分区与肿瘤组织学类型之间的关系,为术前预判肿瘤性质提供参考。方法:收集2013年1月~2021年12月期间秦皇岛市第一医院收治的腮腺肿瘤手术治疗患者224例。采用腮腺体表分区法(三区分区法),对腮腺CT平扫影像进行阅片、确定肿瘤所在分区,统计分析肿瘤分区与组织学类型之间的关系。结果:腮腺体表分区与某些肿瘤组织学类型相关,发生于Ⅰ区的肿瘤以Warthin瘤最多见(60.9%),恶性肿瘤最多见于Ⅱ区(42.9%),多形性腺瘤常发生在Ⅰ/Ⅱ/Ⅲ(53.5%)、Ⅰ/Ⅲ(48.6%)跨区生长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腮腺体表分区与肿瘤组织学类型相关,对腮腺肿瘤的术前诊断有一定的指导意义。

Objective:To understand the relationship between parotid gland partition and histopathological diagnosis of the parotid gland tumors,so as to provide reference for surgical treatment of parotid gland tumors.Methods:Totally 224 patients with parotid gland tumors and received surgical treatment from January 2013 to December 2021 in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao were collected.The parotid surface division method was used and CT scan images of parotid gland in the above cases were reviewed to determine the region where the tumor was located.Statistical analysis on the relationship between the region where the tumor belongs to and postoperative pathological diagnosis were conducted.Results:Some histological types of parotid gland tumors were related to parotid gland partition.Warthin tumor was the most common tumor in area I(60.9%),malignant tumor was the most common tumor in areaⅡ(42.9%),and pleomorphic adenoma often occurs in cross-region growth ofⅠ/Ⅱ/Ⅲregion(53.5%)andⅠ/Ⅲregion(48.6%),which differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Parotid surface partition is correlated with some histological types of parotid gland tumors,which is helpful to the clinical diagnosis preoperatively.
