伺服同步控制技术在蔬果切制设备上的应用

摘要 为适应当前蔬果加工发展需求,解决蔬果切制设备自动化程度低、切菜规格及速度难以调整的问题,伺服同步控制技术在蔬果切制设备上的得到了应用。本文阐述了该设备在输送机构的改进以及伺服控制系统的研究,实现了绿色、节能、智能化蔬果生产加工。 In order to meet the current development needs of processing vegetable and fruit,and solve the problems of low automation as well as difficulty in adjusting vegetable cutting specifications and speed which exist in vegetable and fruit cutting equipment,the servo synchronous control technology has been applied to the vegetable and fruit cutting equipment.This article expands the improvement of equipment in conveying mechanism and the research of the servo control system,production and processing of vegetables and fruits have been realized with green,energy-saving and intelligent.
