顶空固相微萃取结合GC-MS/MS检测食用植物油中的乙基麦芽酚

Determination of ethyl maltol in edible vegetable oil by headspace solid phase microextraction combined with GC-MS/MS

摘要 本试验采用50/30μm CAR/DVB/PDMS萃取头对食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚进行顶空固相微萃取,萃取时间30 min,萃取温度70℃,解析时间5 min,经GC-MS/MS检测,采用外标法定量,分别从标准曲线线性相关性、检出限、回收率和精密度4个方面考察方法的可行性。结果表明:通过全扫确定乙基麦芽酚的母离子,然后通过子离子扫描确定母离子对应的子离子,优化质谱部分的碰撞能量,最后采用dMRM模式扫描,确定最终的检测方法。该方法线性关系大于0.995,方法检出限达到10.0μg/kg,加标回收率为92.0%~109%。该方法的精密度达到3.8%~4.9%。 In this study,ethyl maltol in edible vegetable oil was extracted by headspace solid-phase microextraction with 50/30μm CAR/DVB/PDMS extractor.The extraction time was 30 minutes,the extraction temperature was 70℃,and the desorption time was 5 minutes,the feasibility of the method was evaluated from the Linear independence of standard curve,detection limit,recovery rate and precision.The results showed that the parention of ethyl maltol was determined by full scanning,and then the sub ion corresponding to the parent ion was determined by sub ion scanning to optimize the collision energy of the mass spectrum.Finally,the final detection method was determined by dMRM mode scanning.The linear relationship of the method is greater than 0.995,and the detection limit of the method reaches 10.0μg/kg,the recovery rate is 92.0%~109%.The precision of this method is 3.8%~4.9%.
