摘要
英国劳动教育各级职责明确、整体特点鲜明,促使学生在真实的环境中体认劳动教育的价值。文章梳理相关文献发现,英国劳动教育有着深厚的思想基础与牢固的政策基础,以国家课程为主要载体开展劳动教育,并以各类劳动项目作为为补充,且注重劳动教育的连贯性,突出劳动教育的实践性,强化劳动教育的融合性,彰显劳动教育的社会性。总的来说,英国劳动教育通过学校与社会的联系,推动学生在社会环境中参与劳动过程,增强学生的劳动意识和公民责任感,从而培养具有劳动能力和素养的英国公民,为未来工作与生活做好充分准备。
The clear responsibilities of all levels of labor education in Britain with distinct overall characteristics prompt students to recognize the value of labor education in a real environment.British labor education has a profound ideological foundation and a solid policy foundation.It takes national curriculum as the main carrier to carry out labor education,supplemented by various kinds of labor projects,and pays attention to the continuity of labor education,highlights the practicality,strengthens the integration and emphasizes the sociality.British labor education promotes students to participate in the labor process in the social environment through the connection between schools and society,enhances students’sense of labor and civic responsibility,thus cultivating British citizens with labor ability and literacy and making full preparations for future work and life.
