国际组织开展劳动教育的项目化创新实践

摘要 劳动教育是教育体系的重要组成部分,也是学生成长的必要路径,具有树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值。联合国儿童基金会、欧盟、经合组织、世界银行等国际组织将教育和劳动结合,成功实行多个项目化劳动教育实践案例。文章通过对几大国际组织劳动教育项目的研究,分析其开展的相关背景与目标、内容与具体情况、结果与成效,挖掘国际劳动教育的转型成功经验,把握国际劳动教育的发展热点和趋势。 As an important part of the education system,labor education is also the necessary path for students’development.It has the comprehensive education value of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening body and cultivating beauty.The United Nations Children’s Fund,the European Union,the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development,the World Bank and other international organizations have combined education and labor with a number of practical cases of project-based labor education.Based on the research of several major international organizations’labor education projects,this paper analyzes the relevant background and objectives,content and specific conditions,results and effects,then grasps the hot spots and trends of the development of international labor education.Taking the“work-based learning”project plan proposed by OECD as a typical example,it explores the successful experience of international labor education on the practical level through the specific implementation in different countries.
