摘要
对一些工业与民用建筑地基基础以及主体结构通常彼此分开进行研究分析,这种方式不能有效解决地下部分地基土层、建筑基础及上部主体结构共同作用的实际问题,严重影响施工安全、结构质量和计算精度.为了保证高层建筑结构设计的安全性,降低施工成本,以河北三河欣水湾·华庭高层房建项目主体结构与地基基础之间彼此影响作为研究背景,借助有限元软件Abaqus建模研究,科学合理地计算出高层建筑主体结构与地基基础之间的作用应力及相关数据.结果表明,该模型和方法能较好地模拟高层框架结构桩筏基础在静力荷载作用下的变形.
When the foundation and main structure of some industrial and civil buildings are specifically designed and studied and analyzed,the foundation and the upper main structure are usually studied and analyzed separately.However,it cannot effectively solve the practical problem of the interaction of the underground foundation soil layer,the building foundation and the upper main structure,which seriously affects the construction safety,the structure quality and the calculation accuracy.In order to ensure the safety of structural design in high-rise building design and reduce the construction cost,taking the influence between the main structure and the foundation of the high-rise building project of Xinshuiwan Huating in Hebei Sanhe as the research background,using the finite element software Abaqus modeling research,the functional stress and related data between the main structure of high-rise building and the foundation are calculated scientifically and reasonably.The results show that the model and method can well simulate the deformation of pile raft foundation of high-rise frame structure under static load.
