摘要
以苦参碱为原料,通过水解内酰胺、甲酯化、还原、酯化4步反应合成了27个苦参碱的衍生物;松材线虫(Bursaphelenchu xylophilus)的室内杀虫活性测试表明,这些合成的化合物对松材线虫有一定的杀虫作用.研究结果可为苦参碱衍生物杀虫活性的进一步研究提供数据参考.
Starting from matrine,twenty-seven matrine derivatives were synthesized through subsequent hydrolysis,methyl esterification,reduction,and re-esterification.The investigation of their insecticidal activity showed that these synthetic compounds had insecticidal effect against bursaphelenchu xylophilus.The results can provide data support for the further studies of the insecticidal activity of matrine-type derivatives.
