壁纸作为现代家装的常用材料,其中甲醛含量的高低是影响壁纸好坏的最主要因素之一.甲醛和乙酰丙酮在一定条件下会发生反应生成淡黄色物质,测得样品的吸光度,通过设计公式计算甲醛含量,同时对实验过程中的不确定度进行评价.实验过程中的不确定度因素主要来自于空白实验的校正、光谱的测定结果以及多次重复的测定,而甲醛标准溶液的配制将会直接影响甲醛含量测定的不确定度分析.

Wallpaper is a common decoration material and is widely used in building interior decoration projects.Among them,formaldehyde is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of wallpaper.This article uses this method to generate a light-yellow compound by the reaction of formaldehyde and acetylacetone.The absorbance of the sample is measured by the standard curve method and calculated.The formaldehyde content in the wallpaper is also evaluated for the uncertainty during the experiment.The experimental results show that the uncertainty factors in the experimental process mainly come from the calibration of the blank experiment,the measurement results of the spectrum and the repeated measurement,and the preparation of the formaldehyde standard solution will directly affect the uncertainty analysis of the determination of the formaldehyde content.
