摘要
以海藻酸钠为原料,通过湿法纺丝技术,分别制备质量分数为3%、4%、5%的海藻酸钠纤维和质量分数为4%海藻酸钠/4%明胶共混纤维,分析这几种纤维的各项性能表征,结果表明:用纯海藻酸钠制备纤维时,质量分数为4%的海藻酸钠纤维细度最细,条干最均匀,相比较海藻酸钠/明胶共混纤维,后者的纤维细度更细。无论是纯海藻酸钠纤维还是海藻酸钠与明胶的共混纤维,其横截面都为不规则的圆形,纵向比较光滑,有轻微的卷曲,表面有些许沟槽。海藻酸钠在火焰中可以燃烧,离开火焰立即熄灭,具有一定的阻燃性能。海藻酸钠的吸湿性随着浓度的升高而略微升高,加入明胶后吸湿性有大幅提高。
Using sodium alginate as raw material,sodium alginate fibers with mass fraction of 3%,4%and 5%and sodium alginate/gelatin blend fibers with mass fraction of 4%were prepared by wet spinning technology.The properties of these fibers were analyzed.The results showed that when pure sodium alginate fiber was prepared,the fiber fineness of sodium alginate fiber with mass fraction of 4%was the finest and slit was the most uniform.Compared with the alginate/gelatin blend fiber,the fiber fineness of the latter was finer.Whether pure sodium alginate fiber or sodium alginate and gelatin blend fiber,its cross section was irregular round,the longitudinal direction was relatively smooth,with slight curl and some grooves on the surface.Sodium alginate can burn in the flame and extinguish immediately after leaving the flame.It had certain flame retardancy.The hygroscopicity of sodium alginate increased slightly with the increase of the concentration,and the hygroscopicity increased significantly with the addition of gelatin.
