新型纬编格轮布针织面料的开发与生产

Development and Production of New Type of Weft Knitting Fabric

介绍一种含高弹抗老化保型性新型工艺的单面小提花针织面料生产与制作。详细介绍机器参数、原材料应用选择、织针排列、面料组织结构、编织图、三角排列、工艺参数等编织工艺,以及面料前处理、染色、整理、定型等染整工艺,并对面料的基本性能和穿着体验进行测试。结果表明:面料的各项性能均达到服用要求,具有优良的服用舒适性,可应用于高档衬衫及T恤类休闲服饰。

The production and manufacture of one-side small jacquard knitted fabrice with a new technology of high elasticity,aging resistance and type preservation were described.The machine parameters,the application and selection of raw materials,knitting needle,fabric structure,fabric weave diagram,triangle arrangement,process parameters and other weaving processes,as well as the fabric pretreatment,dyeing,finishing,styling and other dyeing and finishing processes were introduced.The basic properties and wearing experience of the knitted fabric were tested.The results showed that the knitted fabric can meet the wearing requirements and has excellent wearing comfort,which can be applied to high-grade shirts and casual clothes.
