摘要
针对目前颅脑创伤战救培训停留于理论阶段、缺乏实用操作的问题,利用椰子的分层结构与人类颅脑组织分层相似的特点构建了椰子模型。利用该模型进行颅脑钻孔手术,模拟战创伤救治过程中的损伤控制性操作。其研究成果在海军住院医师规范化培训中得到了初步应用,调动了学员的学习积极性并取得良好效果。
In order to solve the issue in the current training for combat traumatic brain injury,a coconut model was developed using the characteristics of the structure of the coconut,which is similar to that of the human craniocerebral tissue.The burr hole surgery,one of the damage control surgeries used in the treatment of traumatic brain injury,was simulated using the model.Initially employed in the training program for naval residents,the coconut model sparked students′interest in ordinary learning and displayed positive expectation.
