Modern social economy and technological development are very rapid,people have high requirements for the quality of construction projects at the same time,the requirements for the project cost is also increased.In order to ensure that people’s needs are met,the construction units need to pay attention to the project cost management.The research content of this paper is the current situation and the solution strategy of the construction project cost management,and we hope to provide useful suggestions.
