旋幽夜蛾生物学特性、生态适应性及防治技术的研究进展与展望

摘要 旋幽夜蛾是一种在全球广泛分布的害虫,可危害多种作物和杂草,自上世纪50年代以来,该虫在我国甜菜上均有不同程度的发生,间隙暴发危害,严重影响甜菜的产量和糖分积累。因此,本文综述了该虫在我国甜菜上的发生危害情况,生物学特性、生态适应性及防治技术的研究进展,进一步探讨了植物-昆虫-天敌三级营养关系,这将是今后研究旋幽夜蛾防控策略的热点方向。基于介导植物-昆虫-天敌三者联系的化学通讯物质,研发旋幽夜蛾的行为调控剂,这不仅可以丰富旋幽夜蛾综合防控技术,而且对环境友好,具有广阔的应用前景。 Scotogramma trifolii is a pest widely distributed in the world,which can harm crops and weeds.Since the 1950s,Scotogramma trifolii had occurred in different degrees on sugar beet in China,causing intermittent outbreak and seriously affecting the yield and sugar accumulation of sugar beet.In this paper,the harm,biological characteristics,ecological adaptability and control technology of Scotogramma trifolii on sugar beet in China were reviewed.It was further discussed that the three-level nutrition relationship among plant,insect and natural enemy would be a hot direction for future research on control strategies of Scotogramma trifolii.Based on chemical communication substances that mediate the relationship among plant,insect and natural enemy,behavioral regulators of Scotogramma trifolii were developed,which not only enriched the comprehensive prevention and control techniques of Scotogramma trifolii,but also was environmentally friendly and had broad application prospects.
