跨湖特大桥智能型支座应用研究——以南京石臼湖特大桥为例

摘要 智能支座作为一种对使用状态和病害进行高精度实时检测的桥梁支座产品,弥补了传统人工观测方式可能出现的精度低、可靠性差等问题,实现了对桥梁潜在风险的监测与预警。根据南京石臼湖特大桥管养中智能型支座的应用实践,总结了公路桥梁管养过程中的支座病害类型与原因,介绍了自行研发的智能型支座的结构、技术特点和功能特性,对应用过程中采用的数据进行汇总分析研判,从桥梁日常管养角度提出智能型支座数据与病害的对应关系,以期通过分享智能支座应用经验,在提升交通行业桥梁管养水平,保证行车安全方面有所裨益。 As a product of high-precision real-time detection of bridge performance,intelligent bearing makes up for the problems of low precision and poor reliability that may occur in traditional manual ob⁃servation,and realizes the prediction of potential risks of bridge.Based on the application practice of in⁃telligent bearing pipe maintenance of Nanjing Shijiuhu Bridge,this paper summarizes types and causes of the bearing disease in the process of highway bridge pipe maintenance,introduces the function,structure and technical characteristics of intelligent bearing developed by ourselves.The data used in the application process are summarized,analyzed and judged,and puts forward the corresponding rela⁃tionship between intelligent bearing data and disease from the perspective of daily bridge pipe mainte⁃nance.It is expected that by sharing the application experience of intelligent bearings,it will be benefi⁃cial to improve the level of bridge management in the traffic industry and ensure driving safety.
