Q235平板尺寸和约束对焊接变形的影响

摘要 采用基于热弹塑性有限元法,建立了Q235平板TIG堆焊失稳变形模型并验证了其精度,研究了平板尺寸因素和不同点固约束方式对焊接残余变形的影响。研究表明:平板长度与焊接最大面外变形量呈正比例关系;忽略边界效应影响,焊缝处的单位长度收缩量比较均匀,且平板长度对其影响较小;点固约束对平板焊接失稳变形具有较好的变形控制作用,点固间距达到一定值时,平板焊接将不会发生失稳变形且残余变形量较小。 Based on the thermal elastoplastic finite element method,the instability deformation model of Q235 flat plate TIG surfacing was established and its accuracy was verified.The influence of different solid constraint modes on welding residual deformation was studied.The research showed that the plate length is proportional to the maximum out-of-plane deformation of welding.If the boundary effect is ignored,the unit length shrinkage at the weld is relatively uniform,and the plate length has little effect on it.The point-solid constraint has good deformation control effect on the instability deformation of plate welding.When the point-solid spacing reaches a certain value,the instability deformation of plate welding will not occur and the residual deformation is small.
