轿车侧围外板拉延成形仿真分析与工艺优化

摘要 通过拉延成形仿真试验,分析了产品局部造型对轿车外覆盖件的成形性(开裂、起皱、成形不足等)和特征棱线或造型线处表面滑痕缺陷(滑移线、冲击线等)的影响。结果表明:通过适当加大拉深件底部圆角半径r p、拉深件凸缘圆角半径r d和拔模斜度的方法对产品造型进行设变,观察设变后的产品模型成形性图发现6个部位的开裂或起皱趋势均得到有效控制,而且零件区域外成形性也有所提高;进一步对设变后的产品模型进行表面滑痕缺陷分析,通过仿真分析发现产品表面特征棱线或造型线处A区域和C区域未产生滑移线,B区的滑移线向下滑出并不影响表面质量,D区域产生的冲击线被控制在零件区域之外。 Through the simulation test of drawing forming,the influence of product local shape on the formability(cracking,wrinkling,insufficient forming,etc.)and surface slip mark defects(slip line,impact line,etc.)of car outer panels were studied.The results showed that the product shape is changed by appropriately increasing the fillet radius r p at the bottom of the drawing part,the fillet radius r d of the flange of the drawing part and the draft angle.The formability diagram of the product model after the change is observed,and it was found that the cracking or wrinkling trend of the six parts is effectively controlled,and the formability of the part outside the area is also improved.Further analyze the surface slip mark defect of the product model after the change.Through simulation analysis,it was found that there is no slip line in area A and area C at the product surface characteristic prism or modeling line,the slip line in area B slides down without affecting the surface quality,and the impact line in area D is controlled outside the part area.
