摘要 基于环境领域创新型科研人才和应用型人才培育的国家需求,针对安徽大学环境微生物学实验课程教学过程中存在的问题,以多元化实验教学理念与趣味性教学模式为双向驱动力,从优化课程内容、加强实验室建设、建立课程教学-科研创新创业训练-毕业论文的连贯式教学思路、完善实验教学手段和加大师资培训力度等5个方面切入,进行了环境微生物学实验课程教学模式的改革与探索。旨在根据国家对不同类型环境领域人才的培育需求因材施教,从而提高教育教学质量以及学生的升学、就业竞争力。 Based on the problems in the teaching process of environmental microbiology in Anhui University according to the national demand for scientific and applied talents cultivation in the domain of environment,the experimental course teaching system should be reformed from five aspects under a two-way driving force consisted of diversified experimental teaching concept and interesting teaching mode,which are curriculum content optimization,strengthening laboratory construction,establishment of a coherent teaching train of course teaching,scientific research innovation and entrepreneurship training and graduation thesis,improvement of experimental teaching means,and enhancement of teacher training.These contributes to teach students in accordance of their aptitude according to the country’s needs for cultivating talents in different types of environmental fields,thereby improving the quality of education and teaching as well as the competitiveness of students to enter school and employment.
