体教融合背景下山西省田径后备人才培养策略研究

Research on Cultivation Strategy of Shanxi Track and Field Reserve Talents Under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和实地考察法,对山西省部分省级体育传统项目学校和体育运动学校进行了调研,内容涉及山西省田径后备人才的培养模式和路径。研究认为,学训结合,提升运动员综合素质;提升教练员水平;建立科学的选—训—赛体系,增加运动员参赛机会;拓展资金来源,增加训练资金投入等是解决山西省田径后备人才问题的主要路径选择。

With the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and on-the-spot investigation, this paper takes some provincial sports traditional event schools and sports schools in Shanxi Province as the research objects, and studies the track and field reserve talents cultivation mode and paths in Shanxi Province.The study finds that the major paths to deal with the issue of reserve talents are combining learning and training to improve the comprehensive quality of athletes;improving the level of coaches;establishing a scientific system of selection, training and competition to increase the chances of athletes to take part in competitions;and expanding the sources of funds and increasing the investment of training funds.
