摘要
以生命历程理论为分析框架,选取三个具有典型代表性的社会体育指导员为研究对象,通过叙事访谈法收集资料,从微观个体的生命历程探究社会体育指导员成长路径及影响机制。研究结果表明:(1)社会体育指导员成长路径存在随机参与式、主动作为式、任务指派式三种形式;(2)时空中的生命通过社会环境的变化增加个体的选择,在过往生命的累积效应中体现出环境与资本的作用,进而在蕴藏的时机中成长为国家级社会体育指导员;(3)朋辈支持与社交网络的创建是社会体育指导员成长过程中的关键要素,其精神支持与实质支持都必不可少。相同选择下的不同个体在成长的过程中面临着各异的心路历程与复杂因素,深入研究可为社会体育指导员的培育提供新的思路。
With the life course theory as the analysis framework,three typical social sports instructors are selected as the research objects,and the data are collected with narrative interview method to explore the growth paths and influencing mechanism of social sports instructors from the life course of microscopic individuals.The results show firstly there are three types of growth paths of social sports instructors,namely random participation,active acting and task assignment;secondly,life in space and time increases individual choices through the changes of social environment,reflects the role of environment and capital in the cumulative effect of past life,and then grows into a national social sports instructor in the hidden opportunity;finally,peer support and the establishment of social network are the key elements in the growth process of social sports instructors,whose spiritual support and substantive support are indispensable.Different individuals under the same choice are faced with different psychological processes and complex factors in the process of growth.In-depth study can provide references for the high-quality cultivation of social sports instructors.
