诉求、困局与纾解:新时代体教融合背景下乡村学校体育治理研究

Demands,Problems and Solutions:Research on Rural School Sports Governance Under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education in the New Era

运用文献资料和实地调查等方法,对新时代体教融合背景下乡村学校体育治理的诉求、困局及纾解之策等进行研究。研究认为:由于思想认识偏差、基础薄弱、多元治理缺失、政策执行不畅致使学校体育中体教融合的偏离及错位,严重阻碍了乡村学校体育的治理。针对以上问题,提出了新时代体教融合背景下乡村学校体育治理的纾解之策,即转变思想观念,全面深化治理理念;完善乡村学校体育治理体系,推动依法执教,以良法促善治;全面推进学校体育改革,提升学校体育治理质量;聚焦社会力量,扩大供给资源,助推学校体育治理力量,构筑治理基础。

By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper studies the demands,problems and solutions of rural school sports governance under the background of the integration of sports and education in the new era.Due to the deviation of ideological understanding,weak foundation,lack of multi-governance and poor implementation of policies,the deviation and dislocation of the integration of sports and education have seriously hindered the governance of rural school sports.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some solutions to rural school sports governance under the background of the integration of sports and education in the new era,that is,changing ideas and deepening governance concepts in an all-round way;improving the rural school sports governance system,promoting teaching according to law and good governance with good laws;promoting the reform of school sports in an all-round way and the quality of school sports governance;and focusing on social forces,expanding supply resources,boosing school sports governance and building governance foundation.
