外泌体在食管鳞癌的研究进展

Research Progress of the Exosomes in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

食管癌是常见的消化系统肿瘤,发病率和死亡率高,虽然经过各种治疗,预后仍不甚理想。发现新的诊断标志物、治疗靶点和预后指标尤为重要,可有效改善患者预后。外泌体是活细胞产生的细胞外囊泡,囊泡内含有蛋白质、核酸等生物活性物质,结合受体细胞后可释放出生物活性物质以完成细胞间信号通讯和物质交换等功能。探讨外泌体在食管癌中发挥的作用有利于更充分地认识食管癌发生的分子机制。本文回顾外泌体在食管鳞癌的相关研究,诊断及预后、治疗和耐药方面的研究进展,以期有新的发现,为临床提供新的诊疗方向。

Esophageal cancer is a common digestive system tumor with high incidence rate and mortality.To find new diagnostic markers,therapeutic targets and prognostic indicators is particularly important,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.Exosomes are extracellular vesicles produced by living cells.The vesicles contain proteins,nucleic acids and other bioactive substances,which can release bioactive substances after binding to the receptor cells to complete the functions of intercellular signal communication and material exchange.To explore the role of exosomes in esophageal cancer is helpful to fully understand the molecular mechanism of esophageal cancer.This article reviews the research progress of exosomes in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma related research,diagnosis and prognosis,treatment and drug resistance,with a view to finding new findings and providing a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
