教育数字化转型是一个渐进的过程,其推进路径受到技术、社会、经济和文化等多重因素的影响,需要引入新的视角推动研究与实践。技术预见作为探索技术与社会发展新趋势与新机遇的重要方法,已经应用于许多重要领域。基于技术预见的视角,教育数字化转型仍然需要在有限资源下进行决策,存在多种可能的推进路径。有效的技术预见需要广泛的多元参与,探索转型的多重并发路径,并且规避“幸存者偏差”。根据技术预见的发展趋势以及教育领域技术预见的特征,设计了基于人工智能生成内容(AIGC)支持的教育数字化转型技术预见行动框架,并开发了基于GPT-3.5-turbo的辅助工具雏形GPT-EDU4SIGHT。该框架借助大型语言模型以及自然流畅的生成文本,可以帮助决策者将转型的重要议题镶嵌于社会发展语境中进行综合审视,并且支持不同领域公众的深度参与;通过广泛的证据收集以及新工具和方法的应用,可以为相关的战略规划与实践推进提供证据基础和决策支持。

The digital transformation of education(EDT)is a gradual and complex process that is influenced by various factors,including technology,society,economy,and culture,and requires new perspectives for research and practice.Technological foresight has been applied in various fields to explore emerging trends and opportunities in technology and society.However,EDT decision-making is limited by available resources and policies,resulting in multiple possible paths for transformation.Effective technology foresight requires broad and diverse participation,exploring multiple concurrent paths,and avoiding“survivorship bias”.This paper presents a technology foresight framework for EDT,supported by Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC),and demonstrates a prototype of an auxiliary tool named GPT-EDU4SIGHT based on GPT-3.5-turbo.With the help of large language models and naturally generated content,the framework can help decision-makers to examine crucial transformation issues in the context of social development,and support the deep participation of the public in different fields.Through extensive evidence collection and the application of new tools and methods,the framework can provide an evidence base and decision support for relevant strategic planning and practice advancement.
