摘要
以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,研究了用配合配位法从氯化镧料液中去除铁。考察了配合剂种类、反应温度、配合剂用量、沉淀剂用量及反应时间对Fe^(3+)、La^(3+)沉淀率的影响。结果表明:水杨酸具有最佳配合效果;在反应温度35℃、水杨酸用量为理论量2.5倍、沉淀剂用量为理论量1.75倍、反应时间2 h条件下,Fe^(3+)沉淀率仅为0.21%,La^(3+)沉淀率高达99.99%,提纯效果较好。
Using ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant,the removal of ferric from lanthanum chloride solution by complexation method was studied.The effects of complexing agent type,reaction temperature,complexing agent dosage,precipitator dosage and reaction time on the precipitation rate of Fe^(3+)and La^(3+)were investigated.The results show that salicylic acid is the best coordination effect.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 35℃,salicylic acid dosage of 2.5 times of the theoretical amount,precipitator dosage of 1.75 times of the theoretical amount,reaction time of 2 h,Fe^(3+)precipitation rate is only 0.21%and La^(3+)precipitation rate can reach 99.99%.The purification effect is good.
