航空交流发电机的故障分析及维修方法

摘要 在日常使用航空设备时,如果涉及对交流发电机的应用,应当先了解设备内部的基本组成结构,并结合航空工作的需求,介绍发电机的应用原理及优势。新时期,在具体推广使用交流发电机的过程中,应重点从故障原因分析、故障诊断及故障维修等角度展开研究,对常见的充电指示灯显示功能异常、发电机出现不充电的情况、发电机充电电流异常状态、保护装置误触动的情况进行简要的介绍,以此来确定故障管理工作的方向及重心。应注意的是,这项工作实际上需要由专业技术人员来完成,对人才的工作素质及能力有较高的要求,因此应有序做好人才培养工作。 In the daily use of aviation equipment,if the application of alternator is involved,we should first understand the basic composition and structure of the equipment.Then,we should introduce the application principle and advantages of the generator in combination with the needs of aviation work.In the new era,in the process of promoting the use of alternators,it is necessary to focus on the analysis of fault causes,fault diagnosis and fault maintenance,and briefly introduce the common charging indicator lamp displaying abnormal functions,the generator not charging,the abnormal state of the generator charging current,and the false touch of the protection device,so as to determine the direction and focus of fault management.It should be noted that this work actually needs to be completed by professional and technical personnel,which has high requirements for the work quality and ability of talents.Therefore,personnel training should be done in an orderly manner.
