摘要
盾构开挖仓伸缩摄像头能够保证盾构法开挖中对于前方地质情况准确判断,可大幅提升开挖工作的安全性,目前已经在越来越多盾构机上得到应用。现阶段,土仓伸缩摄像头的控制器使用进口品牌居多,随着我国重工设备自主知识产权化、核心技术国产化的要求提升,以及进口件越来越受到货期、成本等因素的掣肘,开挖摄像头控制研究国产化方案迫在眉睫。本文结合当前盾构机项目的施工需求,引入了国产化汇川控制器并成功应用于开挖仓伸缩摄像头控制,对其从硬件、软件、性能、后台软件等方面验证了开挖摄像头控制研究国产化对于进口控制器的可替代性,具有广泛的应用前景。
The telescopic camera of shield excavation chamber can ensure the accurate judgment of shield excavation for the geological conditions ahead and greatly improve the safety of excavation.At present,it has been applied in more and more shield machines.At this stage,most of the controllers of the telescopic cameras in the excavation chamber use imported brands.With the improvement of the requirements for the independent intellectual property rights of China's heavy industrial equipment and the localization of core technology,and the imported parts are more and more constrained by factors such as delivery time and cost,so it is urgent to study the localization scheme of excavation camera control.Combined with the construction requirements of the current shield machine project,this paper introduces the domestic Huichuan controller and successfully applies it to the telescopic camera control of the excavation chamber.It verifies the substitutability of the excavation camera control research for the imported controller from the aspects of hardware,software,performance and background software,and has a wide application prospect.
