华龙一号电气厂房冷冻水系统切换运行逻辑分析及优化

摘要 电气厂房冷冻水系统(WEC)作为核安全系统,其主要作用是为主控室和DCS仪控设备、电气柜间、应急硼注入系统、RSI系统中、低压安注泵电机等系统提供冷源。本文介绍了系统正常运行工况和SBO工况下的切换方式,通过总结分析系统切换运行过程中的逻辑问题,以及优化方案的比选,最后提出采用“冷水机组综合故障”信号联锁启动风冷机组的优化方案切实可行,为核电站的安全运行提供可靠的保障。 As a nuclear safety system,WEC of the electrical plant is mainly used to provide cold source for the main control room,DCS instrument and control equipment,electrical cabinet room,emergency boron injection system,RSI system,medium and low pressure safety injection pump motor and other systems.This paper introduces the switching mode of the system under normal operation condition and SBO condition.By summarizing and analyzing the logic problems in the process of system switching operation,and through the comparison and selection of optimization schemes,this paper finally puts forward the optimization scheme of interlocking starting the air-cooled unit with"comprehensive fault of water chiller"signal,which is practical and feasible,so as to provide a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of nuclear power plant.
