动力电池用高性能有机—无机复合涂层隔膜

摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展及道路交通网络的日渐完善,我国的汽车产销量和保有量不断增加。随着人们的环保意识越来越强,低碳环保的出行方式越来越被重视,作为温室气体排放的大户,汽车业已经成为全球低碳经济的一个关键。节能环保,减少环境污染,新能源汽车成为未来汽车发展的方向。现阶段,新能源电动汽车通常采用锂电池作为动力源,如何制造出大容量、低成本且续航能力强的锂电池是电动汽车行业研究的重点内容。动力汽车用锂电池在实际应用中一般由数量众多的单体电芯进行串联或者并联,形成高电压和高容量的电池组。为了提高动力电池的续航能力,研究人员对其制备工艺进行了创新化研究,总结了更加丰富的制备工艺,而隔膜作为动力电池的重要组成部件,对动力电池的性能有着重要影响,本文将对其进行重点分析。 With the rapid development of the national economy and the gradual improvement of the road traffic network,China's automobile production,sales and ownership are increasing.As people's awareness of environmental protection is getting stronger and stronger,low-carbon and environmentally friendly travel methods are getting more and more attention.As a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions,the automobile industry has become a key to the global low-carbon economy.For energy conservation and environmental protection,and reducing envi-ronmental pollution,new energy vehicles become the direction of future automobile development.At this stage,new energy electric vehicles usually use lithium batteries as power sources,and how to manufacture lithium battery with large capacity,low cost and strong endurance is the key content of electric vehicle industry research.In practi-cal applications,lithium batteries for power vehicles are usually connected in series or in parallel with a large number of single cells to form a high voltage and high capacity battery pack.In order to improve the endurance of the power battery,researchers have carried out innovative research on its preparation process and summarized more abundant preparation processes.As an important component of the power battery,the membrane has an important impact on the performance of the power battery.This paper will focus on its analysis.
