绿色建筑能源管理系统的开发与应用

摘要 在现阶段建设环保节能社会发展、减少工程建筑耗能、完成绿色低能耗工程建筑、处理工程建筑高耗能问题的情况下,本文紧紧围绕绿色建筑能源管理系统的开发设计和运用,从能源管理系统的整体设计方案、控制器设计、数据信息和通信网络服务器设计、管理系统设计、物联网技术方式、绿色建筑能源管理系统的开发设计、设计方案和运用应用绿色建筑能源管理系统,总体能源管理系统设计为网络层、数据信息层、链路层、设备层,并将工程建筑中的分系统集成化到一个服务平台上,对各系统和机器设备的耗能开展汇总和节能数据信息的综合分析,为完成更佳的调节提供了条件,进而增强了操作系统的实用性;搭建了操作系统的计算机网络程序流程,并以空调系统为例完成了设计和研究,通过对机器设备的网络监控管理和环保节能加强控制,最后达到了环保节能的目标。 In the current stage of building an environment-friendly and energy-saving society,reducing energy consumption of engineering buildings,completing green and low energy consumption engineering buildings,and dealing with high energy consumption problems of engineering buildings,this paper closely focuses on the development,design and application of energy management system for green buildings,including the overall design scheme,controller design,data information and communication network server design,management system design,Internet of Things technology,development design,design scheme and application of green building energy management system.The overall energy management system is designed as the network layer,data information layer,link layer and equipment layer.The subsystem in the engineering building is integrated into a service platform,and the energy consumption of each system and machine equipment is summarized and the energy saving data information is comprehensively analyzed,which provides conditions for better adjustment,and further enhances the practicability of the operating system.The computer network program flow of the operating system is set up,and the design and research are completed with the air conditioning system as an example.Through strengthening the control of the network monitoring management of machine equipment and the promotion control of environmental protection and energy conservation,the goal of environmental protection and energy conservation is finally achieved.
