基于文献计量学和TCMSP数据库的芍药甘草汤潜在优势病种预测

Prediction of potential dominant diseases of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction based on bibliometrics and TCMSP database

目的 基于文献计量学和中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)数据库预测芍药甘草汤潜在优势病种。方法 收集中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普网中发表主题涉及芍药甘草汤治疗相关文献,并予以计量分析和可视化分析。通过TCMSP数据库检索并收集芍药甘草汤的目标活性成分及所对应疾病,筛选出对应目标活性成分数TOP50疾病,使用Cytoscape软件构建芍药甘草汤的“成分—疾病”网络。结果 文献计量学分析结果显示,芍药甘草汤主要用于治疗疼痛性疾病、痉挛性疾病、消化疾病、妇科疾病、神经疾病以及内分泌疾病;多囊卵巢综合征、踝关节损伤、神经根型颈椎病等是新的研究热点。通过TCMSP数据库获得芍药甘草汤74个目标活性成分,对应目标活性成分数TOP50疾病依次是乳腺癌、类风湿关节炎、阿尔茨海默病等。结论 癌性疾病、类风湿关节炎、阿尔茨海默病、骨性关节炎等疾病可能是芍药甘草汤的潜在优势病种。

Objective Based on bibliometrics and TCMSP database,to predicted the potential dominant diseases of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.Methods The related literature on the treatment of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction published in CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP were collected and analyzed by bibliometric and visualization.The target active ingredients of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and corresponding diseases of the target active ingredients were searched and collected by TC⁃MSP database.TOP50 diseases corresponding to the target active ingredients were selected,and Cytoscape software was used to construct the"ingredient-disease"network of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.Results Bibliometric analysis showed that Shaoyao Gancao Decoction was currently mainly used for the treatment of pain diseases,spastic diseases,digestive diseases,gynecological diseases,neurological diseases and endocrine diseases.The new research hotspots were polycystic ovary syndrome,ankle joint injury and cervical spondylopathy of radiculopathy,etc.A total of 74 target active ingredients of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction were obtained through TCMSP database.The TOP50 diseases were breast cancer,rheuma⁃toid arthritis,Alzheimer's disease,etc.Conclusion The potential dominant diseases of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction may be cancer diseases,rheumatoid arthritis,Alzheimer's disease,osteoarthritis,etc.
