质量控制圈在降低术中冷冻病理报告延迟中的作用

The role of quality control circle in reducing the delay rate of intraoperative frozen pathology report

目的 观察质量控制圈(QCC)在降低术中冷冻病理报告延迟中的作用。方法 以山东第一医科大学第二附属医院病理科术中冷冻病理报告为研究对象,将2021年3月22日—2021年4月8日224份作为对照组,2021年7月1日—2021年7月15日252份作为实验组。通过把握现状、梳理流程、目标设定、查找术中冷冻病理报告延迟的真因,制定并实施对策。统计比较活动前后各环节用时和无形成果。结果 明确了现状值为22.77%,改善重点为74.00%,圈能力为61.98%,目标值为12.33%。确定了2个改善重点即取材记录时间、制片时间,找了9个真因并制定了4条对策。与对照组相比,实验组冷冻病理报告延迟率(22.77%降至9.52%)、总时间[(27.15±7.13)min降至(23.31±4.81)min]、制片时间[(14.23±4.16)min降至(11.84±3.42)min]、取材记录时间[(6.61±4.18)min降至(4.75±2.10)min]均下降,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),目标达成。QCC团队的协调力、和谐度、凝聚力等方面均提升。结论 QCC在降低术中冷冻病理报告延迟率方面发挥重要作用,可以作为病理科室内质控的重要手段。

Objective To observe the effect of the quality control circle(QCC)in reducing the delay rate of intraop⁃erative frozen pathology report.Methods Taking the intraoperative frozen pathology report of the Pathology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University as the research object,224 cases from March 22,2021 to April 8,2021 were taken as the control group,and 252 cases from July 1,2021 to July 15,2021 were taken as the experimental group.The countermeasures were formulated and implemented by grasping the current situation,sorting out the process,setting goals,and finding out the real reasons for the delay of intraoperative frozen pathology report.The time and intangible achievements of each link before and after the activity were statistically compared.Results It was clear that the current value was 22.77%,the focus of improvement was 74%,the lap capacity was 61.98%,and the target value was 12.33%.Two key points of improvement were identified,including the recording time of materials and the pro⁃duction time.Nine real causes were found and four countermeasures were formulated.Compared with the control group,the delayed rate of frozen pathological report(22.77%to 9.52%),total time[(27.15±7.13)min to(23.31±4.81)min],preparation time[(14.23±4.16)min to(11.84±3.42)min],and sampling time[(6.61±4.18)min to(4.75±2.10)min)]in the experimental group were all decreased,and the differences between the groups were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).The goal was achieved.The team's coordination,harmony and cohesion had been greatly improved.Conclusion The activity of QCC plays an important role in reducing the delay rate of intraoperative frozen pathology re⁃port,and can be used as an important method of quality control in pathology department.
