摘要
师范专业认证给教师教育课程评价带来了新理念,基于师范专业认证理念审视目前的教师教育课程评价,发现存在教师主导教师教育课程评价、教师教育课程评价内容片面、教师教育课程评价方法单一、教师教育课程评价结果使用不当等问题。对此,应遵循师范专业认证理念改革教师教育课程评价,通过引入多方主体参与教师教育课程评价、实现教师教育课程评价内容的全面性、推动教师教育课程评价方法的多样化、发挥教师教育课程评价结果的改进作用等举措优化教师教育课程评价,从而提高教师教育课程质量。
Teacher professional certification has brought a new concept to teacher education curriculum evaluation.Based on the concept of professional certification,this paper examines the current teacher education curriculum evaluation,and finds that there are some problems,such as teacher education curriculum evaluation led by the teachers,one-sided content of teacher education curriculum evaluation,single method of teacher education curriculum evaluation,improper use of teacher education curriculum evaluation results and so on.Therefore,we should reform the teacher education curriculum evaluation in accordance with the concept of teacher professional certification,optimize the teacher education curriculum evaluation by introducing multiple subjects to participate in the teacher education curriculum evaluation,realizing the comprehensiveness of the content of teacher education curriculum evaluation,promoting the diversification of teacher education curriculum evaluation methods and giving full play to the improvement of the results of teacher education curriculum evaluation,so as to improve the quality of teacher education curriculum.
