摘要
以千重浪2号为试材,在盆栽条件下研究了孕穗期低温对颖壳发育的影响及颖壳大小与粒质量的关系。结果表明,孕穗期低温显著降低了颖壳长度、宽度和面积。强势、中势粒降低幅度最大的处理时期是叶龄余数为1.0的时期,弱势粒降低幅度最大的时期是叶龄余数为0即剑叶完全展开之时。相关分析表明,颖壳大小与粒质量关系更为密切,随着颖壳长、宽和面积的增加,粒质量明显增加。
The experiments were carried out with Qianchonglang 2 as test material under pot cultivation conditions,the effect of low temperature on glume development at booting stage and the relationship between glume size and grain weight were studied.The results showed that low temperature significantly decreased the length,width and area of glume at booting stage.The period in which the dominant and moderate potential grain decreased the most was the leaf age remainder of 1.0,and the period in which the weak grain decreased the most was the leaf age remainder of 0,that is,when the sword leaf was completely unfolded.Correlation analysis showed that glume size was closely related to grain weight,and grain weight increased significantly with the increase of glume length,width and area.
