摘要
为提高免耕播种机的苗带秸秆清理效果,设计一种液压驱动弹齿式清秸装置。概述其工作原理和结构组成,对弹齿清秸部件进行运动学分析,确定主要结构参数。试验表明,该装置可在播种作业时对苗带区秸秆进行有效清理,弹齿清秸部件转速高,拨草及防缠能力有所增强,但尚需规模化试验,以进一步验证不同播种作业速度下的防堵效果。
In order to improve the straw cleaning effect of no-tillage planter,a hydraulic driven spring-tooth straw cleaning device was designed.The working principle and structure of the machine are summarized.The kinematics of the machine is analyzed and the main structure parameters are determined.The test results showed that the device could effectively clean straw in the seedling zone during sowing operation.The high speed of the spring-tooth straw cleaning part enhanced the ability of grass pulling and anti-entanglement.However,large-scale experiments are needed to further verify the anti-blocking effect at different sowing speeds.
