新时代高职院校机关党建引领业务发展实践研究

Practical Research on Leading Business Development by Party Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

坚持党建和业务工作同谋划、同部署、同落实、同监测的融合发展,是有效推动新时代高职院校内涵式高质量发展的需要,也是解决当前高职院校机关党建与业务工作过程中理论指导创新实践不足、缺乏科学合理的工作平台、激励监督长效机制不到位等问题的关键。文章对高职院校机关党建引领业务发展的必要性和不足进行了探讨,结合广西交通职业技术学院基层党建“三化”建设实践经验,提出促进新时代高职院校机关党建引领业务发展的路径选择。

This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the necessity of the party building and management service work in University organs,combs the main contradictions and problems existing in the party building and business work of administrative departments,and takes the practical research on the "three modernization" of party building in Guangxi Transport Vocational and Technical College as an example,innovatively puts forward the path choice to promote the deep integration of grass-roots party building and business work in university administrative departments,and improve the efficiency of management services.
