数字经济下高职院校学生创新创业能力培养策略探析

On the Training Strategy of Vocational College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability under the Digital Economy

在以数字经济为标志的新经济形态和“大众创业,万众创新”的背景下,高职院校亟须培养一批满足数字经济发展要求、具备创新创业能力的高素质技术技能人才。针对目前在创新创业教育中存在的问题,高职院校应通过构建“教育—教学”横向联通的系统化顶层设计、“专业群—专业—课程”纵向贯穿的专业化教育体系和“二级学院—教师—学生”三维联动的精细化管理制度,进一步提升高职院校创新创业教育质量,服务数字经济高质量发展。

Under the dual impetus of the new economic form marked by the digital economy and mass entrepreneurship and innovation,higher vocational colleges urgently need to cultivate a group of high-quality technical talents who meet the requirements of digital economy and be able to innovate and start businesses.In view of the current practical problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education,higher vocational colleges can further improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of vocational college graduates and serve the highquality development of digital economy by building a systematic top-level design with horizontal connection of education teaching,a specialized education system with vertical penetration of specialty group specialty course and a fine management system with three-dimensional linkage of secondary college teacher student,we will better accomplish the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the new era.
