摘要
基于高职技能竞赛背景,结合汽车技术竞赛项目、任务要求和技术标准,探索适合新能源汽车技术专业的“教、学、训、考”一体化实践教学模式,以岗位能力为导向路径构建专业核心课程体系,以真实技能大赛平台建设高水平实践教学培训基地,实施“O2O+面对面”个性化实践教学模式及推进课程教学评价多元化,以期为推进高职院校新能源汽车技术专业以能力为导向的实践教学改革的有效实施提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the background of higher vocational skills competition,combined with the competition items of automobile technology,task requirements and technical standards,this paper explores a practical suitable teaching mode for the integration of teaching,learning,training and examination in the practical teaching link of new energy automobile technology majors,in which build a professional core curriculum system based on the ability-oriented path,build a high-level practical teaching training base on the platform of the real skills competition,implement personalized practical teaching mode of the O2O + face-to-face,and promote the diversification of curriculum teaching evaluation,to promote the new energy vehicles technology in higher vocational colleges and provide reference for the effective implementation of the professional ability-oriented practical teaching reform.
